경기 지역 웹툰 코스플레이 대회

제2회 경기대륙간 코스플레이대회! 총상금 1500만 명이 입상해 경기글로벌 코스플레이챔피언십 회원들을 모집한다.

한국만화영상진흥원은 제2회 경기국제코스프레대회 파크존에서 열리는 '국제코스프레챔피언십'에 참여할 참가자를 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다. '세계 코스플레이 챔피언십'은 해외 코스플레이 대회(WCS, ACM, COUNIC CON 등) 우승자로 선정된 해외 유명 시스템 게이머들이 포함된 국내 최고의 시스템 플레이어로 국내 최대 코스플레이 경쟁력이며, 7호선 삼산체육관 역에서 8월 15일부터 19회에 걸쳐 개최할 수 있다.

심사위원과의 분석 방식으로 선정된 우승자에게는 총 1,500만 명의 상금이 수여된다. 한 명에게 500만 원의 공연비를, 한 명에게는 100만 원의 포즈 및 댄스 전시비를 지급할 예정이다. 지원 부분은 퍼포먼스, 포즈 시연, 댄스 디스플레이로 나뉘며, 국내외에서 단계적으로 성과를 낼 수 있는 시스템 플레이어가 모집 대상이다. 게다가, '일반 클래스 게이머'와 '사진작가'를 위한 온라인 목적을 위해 웹사이트에 제공되어 축제 웹 사이트에서 자유롭게 코스프레를 즐길 수 있다.

제21회 부천세계만화경연대회와 함께 제2회 경기국제코스프레경연대회와 제20회 부천세계만화경연대회에 프로그램 플레이어들이 참가할 수 있다. 사전 등록된 대학생 연수과정 게이머의 경우 1365 자원봉사포털을 통해 하루 6시간씩 봉사활동을 받을 수 있다. 

경기대륙간 코스프레 페스티벌은 연간 약 5,000명의 국내외 코스게이머들이 참가하는 부천국제만화축제와 함께 개최될 수도 있다. 코스플레이 챔피언십, 코스프레 시내 퍼레이드, 파크존 퍼레이드, 아니송 콘서트, 오덕스타, 보이스&웹툰 라이브 공연, 페스티발 스테이 소프트웨어 등 다양한 부대 기능을 만나볼 수 있다. 

또한 8월 18일 토요일에는 부천타운 회랑 곳곳의 마을거리에서 교육과정 게이머와 부천시민들이 함께 하는 '부천 코스프레 퍼레이드'가 진행되며, 경기국제 코스프레 페스티벌의 공식 홍보대사 '유리사'도 함께 열린다. 코스프레 퍼레이드에 참여하기 위한 앱은 2개 이상의 관계, 친구, 기고자에게는 '특징 기념품'이 제공될 가능성이 높다. 모집은 8월 5일까지 선착순으로 진행되며, 개인 누구나 참여할 수 있다.​

한국 무료웹툰 협회 아시아 영화를 소개하는 유럽 최대 영화 축제인 이탈리아에서 앙꼬의 '끔찍한 팔' 전시회가 열린다고 소개했다. 같은 달 4월 20일(금)부터 28일(토)까지 진행되는 제20회 우디네 극동영화대회는 유럽에서 아시아 영화를 소개하는 최대 규모의 영화 미인대회다.

이번 영화에는 '지금 여배우', '범죄도시', '곤지암' 등 한국영화가 초청됐다. 특히 2010년 옌콩, 2011년 요코야마 유이치, 2017년 쓰게 요시하루 등 작가들의 전시가 계속돼 영화뿐만 아니라 유럽의 아시아 문화에도 관심을 펼칠 수 있는 통로가 되고 있다.

 2003년 데뷔작인 웹툰 '앙꼬의 그림일기'와 함께 앙꼬는 자서전적 공연 '19', '30', '루이스 프렌드'를 발표해 여러 관객들의 공감을 불러일으켰고, 특히 이번 전시회에 초청된 '가난한 친구'는 2012년 한국만화상을 수상하며 공식화되기도 했다. 2016년 벨기에 브뤼셀 만화 박물관에 전시되었고 파리 월드와이드 전자책 어니스트에 초대되었다.

이번 12개월의 우디네 무수한동영상대전에서 '불우한 친한 친구'의 초청전이 주목받는 주요 이유는 유럽에서의 뜨거운 매력의 결과다. 앙꼬의 만화 '불유쾌한 친한 친구'는 2017년 제4회 앙굴렘 세계만화축제의 프릭스 레베플레이션을 획득한 한국 만화 중 대표작이었다. 이번 초대는 앙꼬의 유럽 내 작품에 대한 관심도가 여전히 높은 점을 반영해 시상식 한 해 동안 초청된 것이다.

우디네 카사 카바지니 박물관의 전시회는 4월 20일에 시작하여 5월 13일까지 운영될 것이다.

이탈리아어로 출간된 '배드 클로즈 프렌드'는 물론 초청전까지 볼로냐에서 강연에 이어 4월 28일부터 5월 2일까지 열리는 나폴리 코미콘에서 이탈리아 독자들을 만날 수 있다.

한편 앙코 정권의 해답인 황남용 자담미디어 대표는 올해 모든 앙코 신작 발표와 함께 영화제작 등 여러 미디어 믹스로 '끔찍한 친구'를 늘리기 위한 노력을 기울일 것으로 보인다."

문화산업, 아마추어 웹툰 작가, 노동 그 이후

그래서 내 발표가 청중들에게 효과적으로 전달되었을까? 발표만 하면 되는데 왜 굳이 앞으로 나아가야 했을까. 등등. 이건 사적인 감정에 불과해 결과적으로, 그 내용은 이 유익한 기사에 적합하지 않을 것이다. 그럼 뭘 생산해야 하지?
 
우선, 나는 그날 일하는 날 프레젠테이션을 다시 정리해야 할 것 같아. 그날의 원고는 나의 석사학위 논문(박범기, "초급 무료웹툰 작가 제작 노동의 속성 내 분석: 네이버의 가장 효과적인 장애물 작가 전문", 중앙대학교 석사학위 논문, 2016)이 지난 8월에 발표한 요약본이다. 웹툰 초보 작가들의 공연에서 나오는 캐릭터와 중요성을 설명하는 코너를 중심으로 원고를 다시 썼다.

그것이 내 논문의 주요 내용이라는 사실 때문에. 웹툰 초보 작가들이 자발적인 무급 노동을 펼치고 있는데, 실제 핵심은 이들이 이 방법에서 많은 즐거움을 누리고 있다는 점이다. 나는 이 만족의 본질에 대해 이야기하는 장을 중심으로 원고를 썼다. 사실 이러한 측면은 대개 최종 예술작품과 노동력, 그리고 기초의 특징이다. 그런 점에서 아마추어 웹툰 작가들의 특별한 노동특성을 조명하는 것은 까다로웠다. 이 단계에서 다소 더 많은 해명이 필요했다고 믿는 것은 뒤늦은 일이다.
 
50분간의 발표 후, 그들은 50분 동안 꽃피는 토론을 계속한다. 무료웹툰 초보작가를 포함한 개인별 참여도를 극대화하고, 웹툰 초보작가로 결정된 서면 콘텐츠를 활성화해 데이터 수도기관에 접수하는 것이 최신 개발이라고 주장할 수 있는가? 그 문제는 내 기억에 남아 있다. 나를 포함한 수사기관들은 이 열풍을 당신네 문화산업의 축적 틀에서 탈바꿈으로 보고 있다.
